Terms of Sale

1. Who can sell on Kamaserv?

Any professional or individual of legal age can offer their products on the

platform, provided that:

    • They have an active seller account

    • They comply with applicable laws

    • They offer legal and authentic products

2. What you agree to as a seller

    • You are fully responsible for your listings, products, deliveries,

and returns.

    • You agree to ship orders quickly and to inform

the buyer in case of any issues.

    • You agree that Kamaserv will charge a commission on each sale

(specified during registration or by email).

3. Your obligations

    • Clearly describe your products (photos, price, condition, etc.)

    • Respond to customer messages

    • Comply with withdrawal and return rules (at least 14 days for

consumers in Europe)

    • Do not sell prohibited products (weapons, counterfeit goods, dangerous products,

etc.)

4. Payment and commission

    • The sales amount is paid to you (excluding commission), according to the

terms agreed with Kamaserv.

    • The platform may suspend payments in the event of a dispute or investigation.

5. In case of a problem

In the event of a complaint, you must:

    • Respond to the customer quickly

    • Offer a solution (exchange, refund, etc.)

Kamaserv can act as a mediator, but does not cover refunds on your behalf.

6. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or delete your account if:

    • You do not comply with these rules

    • You have repeated complaints

    • You publish prohibited content
