3. How do purchases work?

When you place an order:

• You buy directly from a third-party seller

• Products, deliveries, and refunds are managed by that seller.

• Kamaserv does not guarantee the quality, timing, or smooth running of

the transaction.

If you have any concerns, contact the seller directly from your personal account.

4. What Kamaserv guarantees (and does not guarantee)

We do everything we can to:

• Provide a stable and secure platform.

• Verify sellers as much as possible.

However:

• We are not responsible if a product is defective, delivered late, or non-compliant.

• We do not issue refunds ourselves, except in the case of exceptional intervention by our support team.
